When we recive your system. We run thorough diagnostics on components and programs and pin point the fault of your system. When we complete the diagnostics, we will inform you in detail what the fault is and the cost for the repair. Also we will advice you if your susystem is worth repairing. You will decide whether you would like to go ahead with the repair or not.

How long does repair take?
When we receive your system we will diagnose and asses it to pinpoint the exact fault and inform you about the repairs turn around and the cost. We will only go ahead with the repair after your verbal or written consent/confirmation.
 
Most system repairs do not take very long, so we aim to fix the system as quickly as possible for our customers.
 
Providing we have access to the parts needed, most systems are repaired maximum in 3 working days after it's delivery to us. Where we need to order the parts in, they are usually with us the next working day, only some occasions some repairs may take longer. The most common reasons are that parts are not readily available especially the ones for older systems, or that the system has multiple faults so allow an extra day or two. If this happens we will keep you informed, but please call or email us to check on the progress.
 
Once your system is ready we will contact you and arrange a convenient time for delivery or for you to pick it up.
