How long does repair take?
When we receive your system
we will diagnose and asses it to pinpoint the exact fault and inform
you about the repairs turn around and the cost.
We will only go ahead
with the repair after your verbal or written consent/confirmation.
Most DESKTOP repairs do not
take very long, so we aim to fix the system as quickly as possible for
our customers. Providing we have access to
the parts needed, most
systems are repaired maximum in 3 working days after it's delivery to
us. Where we need to order the parts in, they
are usually with us the
next working day, only some occasions some repairs may take longer. The
most common reasons are that parts are not
readily available especially
the ones for older systems, or that the system has multiple faults so
allow an extra day or two. If this happens we
will keep you informed,
but please call or email us to check on the progress
Once your sysytem
is ready we will contact you and arrange a convinient time for delivery or for you to
pick it up.
